Why are all online orders done using Ebay?

At this time, I feel that is the safest route for the buyer and seller.

 

Will there be a process for placing online orers without going through Ebay?

At this time there is not. I am improving my business and website all the time, and that will be one of the next steps I will be taking, by offering more avenues for purchases.

 

When do online orders get processed?

After payment is submitted, your order will be shipped off by the next business day, unless otherwise specified.

 

How will I be able to track my order?

All online shipments will be mailed using USPS and all orders will be updated with a tracking number.

 

What method will my purchases be shipped through?

I always use USPS. The method of shipment will be different item by item, but will always be specified. Shipping methods I use; First Class Mail, Media Mail and Priority Mail.

 

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, I am only dealing within the United States.

 

When can I receive an invoice for my order?

If the order is placed online, an invoice will be delivered upon request. If the order is placed locally, an invoice will be emailed using the address that was submitted with the order form.

 

I would like to put in an order for a local pick up, where do you reside?

I live in Franktown Colorado. This is where all local sales and pick ups will done, unless otherwise specified by the owner.

 

How do I put in an order for a local pick up?

You can do this by submitting an order form, or by emailing your order to me at; shenaniganscontact@gmail.com. If submitting an order form, don't forget to list your name and email address. Once submitted I will get back to you within 24 hours (usually sooner) to let you know if your order can be completed, and from there set up  a time for pick up and payment.

 

When can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at the agreed date and time between the customer and owner.

 

How can I pay for my local pick up order?

Only in cash. For local pick ups I do not accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, paypal, money orders, etc.

 

What do I do if an item I would like is out of stock?

Most of my items are one of a kind, in that I only have one item of that in stock. Items that can be reordered are; most of the toys and party favors. If something is out of stock write me, so I can let you know approximately when I will have the item in stock again. As soon as it becomes available, I will email to let you know.

 

How can I get more product information?

Do you only sell new items?

I sell new and used items. Everything I sell is specified whether or not it is new. I also will disclose all information which includes; working condition, if it's been tested, scuffs, scratches, etc. I do everything in my power to disclose all information so the customer knows what to expect.
